Unhappy Deportation- please give any info ASAP
My husband is in the process of being deported...he is in jail right now on a hold. he has chosen to leave voluntarily and I am just very worried because I keep hearing rumors that once immigration dumps him at the border they drug him up. that scares me to death, I don't want him to be in a dangerous place all drugged up.

has any one heard of this before or is it illegal for INS to do that?

any information is greatly appreciated. and for any haters that want to give unnecessary opinions. please keep it to your self.

That is not correct.

It would be illegal to do that and it is not the policy.
