Annual Report (2000-01)->Grants under article 275(1) of the constitution Article 275(1) of the ‘Constitution of India’ guarantees grants from the Consolidated Fund of India each year for promoting the welfare of Scheduled Tribes and in pursuance to this constitutional obligation, the Ministry of Tribal Affairs provides fund through a Central Sector Scheme "Grants under Article 275(1) of the Constitution".
