Default aggrevated felony

Is pleading guilty to 1 count of child cruelty for slapping your child considered an aggrevated felony?

Default Re: aggravated felony

It can be either, a misdemeanor or felony.

What is the issue or concern at this point?

The DA should also be able to tell you what charge they have filed if any.
