Confused HELP MEEEEEE Pleaseeee

My husband was deported in 1998 for assault n battery charges.... He was trialed in front of an immigration judge and they charged him with aggrivated felon charges. I really need him home with me and my children {5} legally. The judge never told us how long it would be or anything... Can someone please fill me in on the details of bringing him back to the US legally????? I'm LOST!!!!! THANK YOU...

That will be difficult after that deportation

You really must hire immigration counsel to assist and review the record and assess your options.

Confused Re: HELP MEEEEEE Pleaseeee

well, my case was during in 89 with my xgirlfriend/mother of our daughter now she's 21 in college through scholarship, me end up paying child support
after we seperated when our daughter was 3 yrs old but It's paid up when she turned 18....just wondering, i still don't have citizenship and we did have dispute back then and I was charged for "domestic assault" which was me pushing her...would that be considered/grounds for deportation if I applied for citizenship?

that is normally not going to block citizenship if all else is in good order.
