Exclamation voulntary departure

i entered the united states on August 2005 with my British friend's passport , in the port of entrance the took my fingerprint
and photo and gave me a 3 months waiver visa , i stayed there for 3 months and departed volunterely.
2 years later i applied for a non immigrant visa with my own passport , they discover the similarity in the fingerprints and photo and reject my application.
i notified 5 months ago by the KCC about my winning in the DV lottery program ( my case # is within the first 40.000 )
my question is :

do i have any chance to get an immigrant visa?
