reversal of 5 years no re-entry form Panama
i was deported from Panama in 2005 with a stipulation that i not return for 5 years. my question is ... if i were to marry a Panamanian today while they are in the U.S., would i be able to return to Panama any sooner? is there some kind of penelty that i cuold pay to get back into the country?

Marriage will not speed it up; but you could seek a court or government order that waives or accelerates the ban--if very good reasons can be shown to exist to do so.
