Re-entering the USA
Hello,
I am inquiring for a friend. She has a green card and left the US in 2003 for her homeland in Jamaica. She now wants to return to the US and wants to know if there will be a problem. She has had some traffic & civil infarctions in the past, but those are all closed. The most recent one was in May of 2003. |
