Is marriage gonna be easy?

Hi,

i got my green card earlier this year, and i want to marry someone who has overstayed his legal period. he came here as a student on a student visa. but he graduated a year ago. his student visa is obviously no longer valid. we met recently and fell in love. i don't want to lose him, neither does he. but i will not be able to apply for citizenship for another 3 to 4 years. can someone PLEASE PLEASE advice me on this matter. is there some way that we can marry him and his visa can be issued? my uncle has a big business, if he hires my boyfriend, would his H-1 be issued? or are we going to be totally hopeless?

i do not wish to move back to our homeland because i came to USA as a refugee from my homeland. he on the other hand, belongs to a different religious sect (we're from the same country) so he faces no danger back home, unlike me.

PLEASE advice me on this matter. we love each other but i am getting hopeless.
