Default going home: my husband is returning after 10 years

my husband was deported from the American 7 years ago. when he was deported we did not marry in America, but i flew to Turkey to marry him and have lived here since. he has no criminal records at all. and i am an American citizen. we have 2 children together which are both citizens too. is this going to be a problem for him to return after the 10 years is up.

That all depends on the reasons for which he was deported 7 years ago.

ok here we go. he came to america on a tourist visa. then went to canada as a refugee and they denied him and sent him back to america where his visa was no longer valid and they put him in jail. he posted bond and they darn attorney did not tell him when the hearing was to see if was going to be deported. well they order him deported and then the attorney called him and notify him of this. (how nice of him right) after 2 years they found him and deported and thats pretty much it
