I was deported from the us in 2003,for a white collar crime.I"m looking to re-enter because I still my family living there.What are the legal steps I need to take for re-entry?

That is not going to be easy.
You need to have skilled immigration counsel to advise you to prepare your papers/arguments. Even then the odds are not great. |

Is not an easy job but if you want to reenter, all you need is to put all the effort and no trust no body with your papers because you will have at least two opportunities to handle all right try that the first be the one o.k.
