IMMIGRATION BOND REFUND BEFORE THE END OF A PROCESS

Hello!
I've posted a $10K immigration bond for my friend. Is it possible to get my money back before the end of a process? I'm willing to do so even if the guy will go back to jail.

What papers do I have to have to get a bond back? I have just a receipt. I've lost the rest of documents...

I wish to inform you that you will get the amount of bail bond refunded by the court at the end of the case. However, if you want the bail bond to be paid to you earlier, the person for whom you have paid the bail bond must return to jail.

But what do I have to do step by step? I need to bring him to jail? It needs that he doesn't mind to go back to jail? Or can do it against his will? What forms do I have to fill out and where I need to go exactly?
