Citizenship
Hello:
I filed to be a US citizen last year but unfortunately I got arrested in between the time of application and with the oath ceremony. So my case was dismissed because I did not finish my probation when the oath ceremony was set up. But now that my probation is almost over (On september 20th, 2007) and it was only a misdemeanor for theft. I wonder can I apply again after my probation is over? This is my first time I have been on probation or arrested. |

Confer in detail with immigration counsel because you have challenges ahead with that conviction. It may not be easy.
Have all of your records available. |
