I-192 waiver
I'm from Canada and need a waiver to go to US because of overstay. No criminal record, no deportation... Can anyone tell what are waiting period to get it? I am planning to apply in Toronto next week. Any info on times of operation for them? or where to get the info? Thank you very much.

Re: I-192 waiver
The waiver is actually called the I-194 Waiver of inadmissibility and the application for it is the I-192.
I submitted my I-192 application and received my I-194 waiver in just over 9 months. The number for the Customs & Border Office in Toronto is (416) 929-6011. |
