Question Is my fiance eligible for cancelation of removal?
My fiance is charged as an arriving alien. He has been a resident since 1989 and was charged with aggravated felony in 1998 and got deferred adjudication with two years probation. In 2003 he had a misdeminor theft charge where he got one year probation. He was never sentenced to jail, is he eligible for cancelation of removal?

Frankly it does not look promising. But have a senior immigration lawyer review all the details and advise you.
