Harboring illegal imigrants

I am involved in a non profit organization in new york. I have given my social security number to start the corporation and I also opened a bank account in the name of the corporation. I did this to help a friend who now has fallen out of legal immegration status. I really have no control over how finances are brought in or spent. I'm sure my friend uses the corporations finances for personal expenses. Is this considered harboring an illegal immegrant?
