N-400 denied, When and will I be deported?

In 1995 I was arrested for poss. of cocaine with intent to sell. It was my ( then ) best friend's drugs and he sold to an undercover officer. We lived together. A warrant was served and I got arrested because I was the only one there. A Public defender told me to plea guilty so he can help me get probation. I did but I was not threatened with removal then. I filed my N-400 in October 2008 because I thought all was ok. I was told by the officer that I had a deportable arrest. They said probation = conviction to USCIS. I received a denial letter stating that I AM an aggravated felon. Laws changed, I did not change.

My question is this. Will I be deported? If so, how long does it take to get a Notice to Appear?
I got the denial letter August 3rd, 2009. I just need to know how much time I MAY have so I can work and save all the money I can.

My next question is this. I was born in Nassau, Bahamas AFTER 1973. Both my parents are haitian. Wll I be deported to Haiti or Bahamas? If I am deported to haiti, then I might as well kill myself because I will be killed there FOR SURE! I don't speak the language and I have lived in the USA since I was 2 years old. I am now 33. I had two associateds deported there. Both were shot soon after. One is paralyzed the other fled to another country because it is too bad now.
