deportation case
My husband was deported 2 years ago from the USA.He had been in a jail for 3 months and then deported to Canada. No criminal records . They gave him 10 years bar . We have a daughter together. She is 7 years old. Our I 130 was approved 2 months ago .My lawer told me wait for some package from the National Visa Center. When I call my lawer he does not want to give me any garantees. I have a question how long we have to wait for this package from the National Visa Center and how long i have to wait to bring him back after this procedure.Is it possible to bring him back ?

You need to get exact details from the lawyer in writing. And what exactly he is filing and what are the expected timelines---all in writing.
