Is it a felony? Caught bringing my Mexican boyfriend over the Mexico boarder
I was caught bring my Mexican boyfriend over the Mexico boarder 10 years ago, he did not have a visa or a green card. They released me but detained him, impounded my rental and told me I now had a felony on my record. Is this true?
