Default Filed for removal of condition for my gc,missed deadlines now abandonment status!!!

Hi,my husband(US Citizen) and I filed for removal of conditions for my greencard since I've been living in the US for 2 yrs.
We send all the requested information to the CA processing center, got a reciept back and later an interview invation to have our biomedrics taken.
We complied with everything and moved about a week after the interview.
We did not file an ar-11(never heard of it) just an change of adress with the postoffice.
Yesterday we recieved a letter that I abandonment my status since I didn't provide additional information requested (sent to my previous address).
I'am to turn my greencard in(it is expired now but I recieved an one year extension letter with my reciepts).
How do I proceed?
Can we fight this?
Can I stay in the US during the proceedings?

Yes you can fight that...but you need to get legal counsel involved asap. You don't want to handle that alone at this point.

If you don't have counsel already contact World Law Direct on their home page. I am sure they could help direct you.
