If someone did not come to the biometric appointment when removing
conditions on permanent residency based on marriage, what will happen then? How soon the removal procedure will start? If the biometric was supposed to be in October 2006, and one did not go, how soon one will be removed from the USA? What is the procedure: will they send letters, and for how long one can stay there without doing anything, just using the letter (NOA) as a permit to stay in the US for a year? Can one stay for the whole year? If you please, tell the details: say, after 6 months they will send a letter that your case is abandoned and that there is a removal procedure... The removal procedure will consist of police coming to my place and forcing me to go out.. (or something, for I do not know how it happens). I am asking for research! |
