Possible removal/Deportation - HELP!!!
I am a foreign citizen, currently have a T-VISA (Trafficking),and
going through a divorce. I understand I will lose my current status once the divorce is final and might be asked to leave the country, but I had to leave my husband for my own safety. I also am currently 8 months pregnant, the baby's father is a US citizen and he too is going through a divorce. Is there anyway that I can get any help to avoid removal procedings and stay legally in the country with my child before it's too late? Thank you. |
