I was deported in 2002 indefinitely after a burglary of habitation conviction and was sentenced to 20 years and served 8 years. I was railroaded bigtime, thats what happens when you don't know anything about the law. Anyways, I have been fully rehabilitated. I have obtained several rehabilitation certificates, 3 vocational courses and a college education during my incarceration. I am now an IT professional working for a US company that may want to send me to the US for training.
What can I do in my case? Is there a chance for me to re-enter? Both my parents are US citizens. I am now a family man and have a good career. My thanks in advance for any advice! |

You can try to get a visa in advance.
It will not be easy and you still have a good chance of being rejected; but it worth trying. |
