Where do we start?

In October, my boyfriend was taken from our home by INS. He does have a record, including felonies, but was following conditions of parole and was about to be discharged after 3 years. He has been deported to Mexico, but the judge told him that if he got a waiver he could come back. What kind of waiver? what would be the fastest? and is it going to be even possible to get approved with his history? He has made alot of mistakes, but was turning things around, even had recommendation letter from parole which judge did not read. Our baby is due in december and am desperately trying to figure out how to help him legally.
