Deportation after political asylum, please help!

Hi,
I am a citizen of Belarus. Came to USA in 2003 under J-1 visa, got married to latvian guy and in January 2004 applied for political asylum. It got denied and in July 2007 I received order of deportation. My lawer told me I had to leave the country but there was no date by which I had to be gone. I divorced my husband and was getting ready to leave the country but in summer 2007 I met the guy I want to be with and I really love. Here I am : met the person of my life but have to leave the country. He is willing to marry me or do whatever just so I can stay in USA legally. We have lived togethe since August 2007. IS THERE ANYTHING YOU CAN DO FOR ME?

You often can stay if you marry, and if you initial entry was legal.
