won a judgement, can i still collect if.......
i won a judgement on a lien i have on a babershop, on the corporation and the owner personally , have a ucc1 and all.., but the person i was suing sold the business and new owner change name on the store and has a new lease under new corporation. im about to hire the marshall to try and enforce this judgement can anyone please give some ideas, advices of how to approach this or any warning of what to expect?

If it is the business still ongoing as it was, the new business owner can also be liable.
That is why there are indemnification provisions when a business is sold... You can also attach the proceeds that the former owner rec'd |
