I have request Westbury Ventures with whom I have taken out two payday loans (HUGE mistake) - they claim I still owe money. They are refusing to provide me with a statement of my accounts. Is there a way that they legally have to provide me with that?

Well they do need to verify the debt if you dispute or question it.
But they can still sue for the nonpayment. Many of these firms don't like the negative publicity so they may compromise with you. |

if they can't show you any statement of accounts then they can't do anything to you except give you empty threats.
