Sent a letter fron Fed Ex Nov 25, 06 from NCO FInancial for a credit card originally from MBNA for the amount of $7100. This letter is a photocopy stating that this is an arbitration
form from the NAF. The photo copy is dated Nov 10, 06 and received it Nov 24,06. It states I have 30 days to respond. Is it 30 days from the 9th or 30 days from the 24th when received it. It stated any reply to go to the NAF website and copy the proper papers. Also on the form NCO has the wrong account number on it. Statue of Limitations is close. I need to look that up. I know they can\'t garnish wages in SC. I know they can seize bank accounts but my husband and I own a double wide on property that has no mortgage??? |
