Civil judgement against personal child support in NY
Lets say someone has been awarded a large civil judgement against an ex-spouse. Can they apply that award toward a new child support order with the same? Please answer this question only applying New York State laws.

No, call your state office of child support enforcement to confirm.
And have a lawyer consult with you as well. |
