Repossession of house: I was told that I owe a large amount of money
What are my legal rights, when after 14 years, I have been told that I still owe a large amount of money, on the house which had been sold in 1993. At the time I was told that I owed no monies on the mortgage, and had not heard anything until now. Help! Can I declare bankcrupcy on this matter?
