Don't know what to do
I was a co-borrower on a car. My ex is the borrower he made apporx. 50,000 and had the car and his truck repoed, filed for bankruptcy, and I am stuck being suied for the remander of the balance due on the car. In his papers is stated that all debtors need to be informed in a case like this, and I was not. Any advice on what I can do? They want me to fill out the interrgatories. I need to know what is expected to come?

You can sue the borrower for any payment you have to make unless he discharged the debts to you in bankruptcy as well.
