This is in regards to a payday loan. I used a lender \"payday loan yes\" for more then a year, and a few months ago, I had to close out my bank acct. because things got bad for me, and the lenders fees had overdrawn the acct. So I spoke with them on several occasions and asked them to mail me the final balance so i could pay them, they said they would not do that, and they continue to call my Job, after I've asked them to not call me at work. Today a woman called me repeatedly back to back threatening legal action against me. I mentioned to her that all I ask is they mail me the balance of what I owe. She began to get a little crazy, so I hung-up on her, she called me right back, and began, calling me a thief, saying a stole from thier company, and threatening to call around my job and embarass me. Now My questions is what can I do. Since they will not mail me any thing yet they are threatening to call to my payroll office, supervisor, etc.,

If they continue to call tell them you will file a police report for harassment...
Send them a notice in writing not to contact you further. If they don't obey you can take legal action in some cases. |

Use a payday loan when you are waiting for your new job to start. According to AOL Jobs, some 8 million Americans live off of part-time jobs. With unemployment still over 8 percent, landing a full-time career can often be overwhelming. Many consumers are juggling more than one part-time position to pay the bills.
