Default Creditor Exemptions State of PA

Hi - i am foreclosing on an investment property in Floriday and my main residence is in PA. if a deficiency judgement is awarded can the creditor place a lien on my home in PA. Myself and my wife's name are on the PA deed. Is real property exempt from crditors in the state of PA? Thanks

Default Re: Creditor Exemptions State of PA

It is not exempt to my knowledge as we collected on a property some time back with exactly that method.
