Received citation for failure to pay credit card. Made contact with c/c company, didn't want the amount that I could pay which was $50.00 a month. I have faithfully been paying them $50.00 a month. In the citation, the request for admissions: (Admit that the acct has not been paid, discharged, settled or otherwise comprised. ) We want to respond to the judge as we have been paying that $50.00. Should we respond to the judge in writing, that we request that we continue $50.00 payment till debt is satisfied? Or be in court and ask then?

That shows some effort so you can mention it now, but does not matter realy as you still owe the entire debt.
