PUBLIC SCHOOL BOOK FEES
My Local Public School ,charges book fees for school. no contract was signed
and I have never paid the fees so they sent it to collections. and it it showing on my credit report. is any of this legal? |

Normally not if the book is required. You could ask the Superintendent to have the school lawyer explain in writing.
