Default High Court Order - Property

I have a high court judgement to the tune of 50,868.24 failure to complete an auction sale of my property first payment due 23.10.07.

I have an option to vary, discharge or set aside. Since the start of the legal action I have lost all assets. my property and home repossessed in the UK.

I moved overseas to stay with family and live on handouts from family and loved ones. I have a small income of 500 pounds per month.

Single mother of two, age 7 and 20. The 20 remains in the UK with friends, the 7 with me.

The courts hold 9.900 from the sale of a property, now do I ask the court to discharge the order.

I owe council tax, home repossessed six months ago, no sale as yet accruing debt), all debts total 24,000 pounds. home repossessed owe approx 30,000.

Can you help me, do i send a letter asking to set aside until the sale of my final property. which may or may not release equity. or do i make an offer to pay 10.00 per month.

that would help if agreed to, or accepted by the court--

They dont have to take partial payments but may if you are arranging to resolve this. If you don't have the funds ultimately frankly they cannot do too much to you.
