EEK! Husband

My wife passed away mid Sept. 07. She had a number of credit cards in her name only and I was not on them as an authorized user. Am I responsible for paying them off or are the accounts just closed and the balance wiped off? I live in FL.

Default Re: Husband

In Florida you are usually not liable for her cards. Call a local lawyer to confirm.
