If I Quit Claim a property to someone and sometime later, say two months or so, a judgment is filed against me, can the property transaction be voided and seized by the creditors?

If suit has already been filed it will be tougher. You should consult with a debtors rights lawyer and see what planning can be done.

Re: Judgement on Real Estate
No suit has been filed. The real estate transaction has been in the works some time before I got in financial trouble.
I'm concerned that the creditors that are starting to lean on me will mess up the deal after the thing is finalized. |

Consult with a lawyer and do the transfer before any suit is filed.
