Default car repo?

Can a bank repo a car if the originl contract has ended and you don't disagree to pay past due amount. All we're asking is a reasonable payment arrangement isn't that owed to us by law?

Default Re: car repo?

They can legally repo for any default but usually will not if they feel payment will be made.

Your reasonable payment arrangements were made when you signed the original contract. If you have defaulted on these payments in any way, then they do not owe you anything, but you clearly owe them. You are subject to repossession.
