Default Fl. car and judgement creditor

In Florida, can a judgement creditor take your car if it is registered in your name and your dependant's name? Does the registration have to read (for instance) joe smith AND ann smith, or does it have to read "Joe Smith OR ann smith.

The judgement is against only one of the people on the title.

Default Re: Fl. car and judgement creditor

You should get the name of the debtor off as they can take it in some cases either way.
