Outstanding dues (regarding my CC bills in Dubai)

i would like to ask you regarding my CC bills i'm currently working and living in Dubai, i come here on 2007 i have 4 credit cards the other 3 i already solved it but still another one, what i want to ask you .. the bank who give me this CC before only giving me limit for 2750 AED and then they increased the limit up to 3500 AED, and then on 2008 my credit card was captured in the machine then i informed the bank, i ask them to cancel my card. but i still do the payment using my card number because my work timing does not give me time to go to bank so what i did i paid them by the cash deposit machine. Until i change my job i keep on paying my CC but i know i did mistake i didn't inform to the bank i change my job and my P.O box number so i didn't know about my installment until on 2011 my company where i work closed down and i'm not be able to paid them. And i got another job with semi government company and they ask me to get clearance letter from police, and when i went there YES!! police catch me they told me i have CC problem with one of local bank in Dubai which is the 3 of my other CC, and at the same time i was asking to the police which bank open case against me?? and he just mention one local bank not the other bank, so i clear with those card. And i'm still curious with my other CC from other bank until i ask to my friend who working in the bank to check my CC number from "THIS" bank and he said i have still outstanding balance around 23,000 AED and i was shocked!! so i ask to one of my friend in my CID to check my passport number, if my name still on BLACK LIST and he said no!!, i was confused ... is it possible if the bank still open my account? what i need to do now because i really don't know, and this nearly september i'm planning to go home and i don't want something happen with me in the airport, please give me some advice. I wish to inform you that bank can keep the account open untill the amount due is paid. In this regard the bank may take action for credit card default or may not take action. Further the interest on amount due may also be claimed by bank. In case of credit card default there can be arrest in Dubai. Therefore you may take measures keeping in view the action which bank can take in future.
