Question Lien to Foreclosure in Civil Court

We are a general contractor who has a lein filed on a custom build job that the client has not fullfilled the contract. I need to know what forms to file in Valley County(Idaho) to get the judge to send the lein to foreclosure. If the lender forcloses on the clients loan they will not pay us on th lien current palced with the Valley County. I am trying to do this as a laymen so any work I can do myself prior to hirining an attorney.

Your county clerk or or related office should have forms you can sue and fill out. Try giving them a call firstly...If not let us know.
