Default repo

can my bank reposess a motorcycle from me for being 9 days late on my motorcycle loan payment. I have been out of town on buisness and unable to deposit my checks. They\'ve sent someone to pick up my bike which is now 17 days late but i want to take care of the payment & keep my bike

..legally yes if payment was missed. Call the lender to discuss however as they normally don't really want to take such action so quickly. They will usually want to work something out with you.
