Exclamation No income!!!!!!!!!

I've just been contacted by a leagal office reguarding an unpaid ballance from Chace credit. They have offered to settle a debt for 75% of the original ballance and are giving me one month to pay or elts.
I have just lost my job and have little or no income at this time.
There just is no moneys to pay them. What will happen next? I have no assets to sieze, I live hand to mouth.
