Question Summary Judgment

I received a summons from a law office representing an assignee of a credit card company. I filed an answer to the summons. Next, I received a disclosure certificate from the law office (not furnishing all of the information I requested). I then received a notice to set for telephonic case management conference and trial followed by a notice of trial setting conference. I now have received a motion for summary judgment for failing to return their request for admissions. A copy of the request for admissions was attached to this summary judgment but I never did receive a request for admissions document. How can I respond to something I never received? Also, with this motion for summary judgment is an unsigned order approving motion for summary judgment. I would like to file a response but am unsure what to do and what to file or if I can even do so legally.

Default Re: Summary Judgment

Ask them for proof they were delivered to you. Write the judge and explain they were never rec'd. Or explain this all at the hearing that presumably has been set.
