Default If I have two cars, can the company with the judgment attach either car?
I live in Florida, my only income is from SS. I have no assets other than my car. I have several judgments against me. I believe that my auto is exempt from attachment. What if I have two cars, can the company with the judgment attach either car? One car is worth considerably more than the other. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. brooks

If the creditor is aware of the vehicle and its value, then yes.
