Our apt has just been condemned for the second time

Our apt has just been condemned for the second time since we have lived here. We have been deling with poor management and havent been getting repairs for things that have to be done. Is there anyway we can get out of our lease early without paying fees to the management?

I wish to inform you that you may first give a notice to management company that they have not properly followed the terms of your agreement. In this regard you will have to highlight the duties of management company under contract and where management company has not performed their duties. If management company still does not fulfill their duties under contract then you may terminate contract and can refuse to pay management company fees as termination is because of their failure to follow terms of agreement.
