2 jobs with 2 wage attachments?

Hello,

About 6-7 years ago I got very ill and didn't work for about 2 years. I finally started getting better and started my own business (sole proprietorship) and then got a second job to help get the money rolling faster. Is it legal to have 2 wage attachments? This is 30% of my income 15% per job. I figured it was only legal to take 15% total and not per job. What right do I have being a sole proprietorship internet business where some months I actually lose money or break even!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

They unfortunately can often take up to 50 or 55 percent in total. You could threaten bankruptcy however and try to negotiate with them.

Thanks... They agreed to a monthy amount in my favor without going to court!
