debt colletors are taking me to court, I offer a payment plan and they agreed but they wanted me to agree on a judgement, how can I avoit it

You don't have to agree to a judgment. You can go to court and try to dispute a part of the debt if possible and make them prove it.
A judgment makes it easier to collect so dont agree unless you understand that. |
