Civil Court
What are the steps that happen in court. After you have recieved a summons
to appear in court by a collection agencies? What do they ask you? what do you bring along if you have no documents or anything at all,as they were all lost years ago? What do you need to prove when you truly can pay nothing at all? What proof do you need to prove you have no money and own nothing? When you have no job, no bank accounts, no car, no furniture, Etc. what can they then take from you? When there are several collection agencies do they all take you separately by each one to court? |
