Default What can they do to me in Ohio

I have old credit card dbts from 1994 and earlier for about $40,000 that my exhusband forced me to sign for under threats. I am 63 years old and live on a social security check. Credit collection agencies are thretening to take me to court. I cannot pay, I own nothing, no job, no income, no bank accounts.
I cannot afford to pay even $30 for bankruptcy, court costs.nothing.
I live just barely month to month on my check. I dont think I would even have bus fare to get to court. They are so far for a year only writing letters and I had one phone call.
What will happen if I get a civil summons.
I dont have or own anything? What can they do.
The credit cards were in my name only, but, my husband forced me to sign when I had no job or anything. I cant prove it though, I have no witnesses and its his word against mine. The judge in the divorce told me although I had no job or money to pay those bills myself somehow and my ex to pay his somehow himself.
Help!!!

You may demand written validation of the debt to prove what if anything is actually owed. Notwithstanding what they say, these kinds of creditors often will not really sue so you could just wait to see what if any action they take...and you could argue they misled you, the product or service was originally not what you expected, etc. You could also threaten bankruptcy if they actually do try to sue...
